This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that can recognize CVA10. This antibody cross-reacts with three forms of capsids and binds at a border region spanning all three viral proteins, VP1 to VP3. It exhibits high neutralizing activity in the neutralization assay in vitro.

SDS-PAGE analysis of PABC-309 in β-mercaptoethanol-reduced (lane 1) and non-reduced (lane 2) and conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively. And non-reduced protein migrates as 150 kDa.

The purity of PABC-309 was greater than 95% as determined by HPLC.
